Remote Monitoring
In house monitoring of both Intruder Alarms and CCTV systems enables us to offer the complete security loop of services to our clients.
Our 24 hour manned, secure control centre is equipped to receive signals from industry standard Intruder Alarm signalling devices and CCTV image transmission systems.
Our staff can therefore receive an alarm signal and respond by dispatching one of our mobile key holding alarm response vehicles to attend site without delay.
The requirements of the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) policy for Police response to Intruder Alarms requires keyholders to take no more than 20 minutes to reach site.
Our systems, and the integration of monitoring and response means that we beat this time limit almost without exception meaning that a dog handling guard is on site within minutes.
Remote Maintenance
By making use of the technology available we offer a range of Remote Maintenance facilities.
When an Intruder Alarm Engineer attends site to investigate a potential fault the first thing that is always carried out is a check of the system memory or log to see the sequence of events leading up to the problem.
Then it may be necessary to electronically test circuits or devices or check the system programming.
Much of this work is carried out under a contract where a call out fee is charged when ever an engineer visits.
We can carry out all of these functions from our control room and determine if there is actually a need for an engineer to visit. This means that it may take only minutes to resolve a problem that would otherwise take hours.
This saving of time, and the removal of the need to pay for transport costs means that we can offer this as a very cost effective alternative to the traditional.
