It is our opinion that training is paramount and it is the keystone of any good security company. For this reason all our guards attend in-house induction course followed by professional training in Security to SITO (Security Industry Training Organisation) standards.
It is our policy to ensure that every employee reaches the required standard in General Security, First Aid, Fire Safety, Health & Safety and Public Relations.
All our training is followed up with an examination adjudicated by the Oxford College of Security Personnel Training.
Securipol Ltd complies with the recommendations of British Standard 7499 (Code of practice for static guarding, mobile patrol and key holding services)
The standard gives recommendations for the organisation, staffing, operations, management of a company providing static/mobile guarding and key holding services.
