On receipt of information that your alarm has been activated, the closest of our quick response units will be directed to attend your premises with the minimum of delay.
In the case of it being an intruder alarm activation an external check of the building will be carried out and, if it is evident that a forced entry has been made, the police will be notified.
Arrangements will be made for boarding up if requested and the patrol unit will remain on site until the building is secured, with the alarm reset.
A comprehensive written report will be left for your information.
As over 90% of activations are False Alarms it may not be cost effective to have a member of your staff called out just to check the premises reset the alarm.
However, having a professional company react to your alarm has many benefits including -
